I've done a cursory search, and found only limited references to this suggestion.

I believe that as long as you hold an owner's key for a conquerable station, you should have no storage limit (or have a raised limit) and not have to pay rent.

Also a portion of all rent proceeds should come to all current owners as income.

This would incentivize Ownership vs. User keys.

Also, you "own" the station, right? Why would you limit your own storage and let someone else charge rent?!

The only thing that would incentivize are more station wars, since that's more cheaper and easier than having to shell out money.

I think the limit is good, it's realistic. Why would it be unlimited? The stations too tiny for that.
