Allow pilots who are tri KOS to become a bounty hunter with Corvus. Corvus will take a 50% cut of every bounty for this privilege.

if you're tri-kos you are certainly not bounty hunter material.
Call it hitman instead.

You clearly never have been a bounty hunter before. If you are Serco KOS, and are an Itani bounty hunter you can collect a serco issued bounty. This is just an extension of a concept that already exists in game.

I am in favor of adding a marshal (or some other npc) to Corvus so that you can sign up to be a bounty hunter. I am some what against requiring you to be tri-kos.

i've been a serco bounty hunter while being tri-KOS, when they implemented the fix, i kept it this way until i tanked my serco to hate and went back to KOS.
Also being an itani BH and collecting serco bounties is just wrong and should be fixed.
