Okay, it was using a different Accomplishment that apparently had been left unused.

I changed it to use the result of the Hive Research (Corvus) mission, which is also what triggers general availability of the Centurion Superlight manufacturing mission.

So, if you've done Hive Research, you can probably now buy the Superlight.

Well I wished to confirm this but now the 2 Superlights are gone ;c

inc did you up the sell/buy price to entice people to make and sell them? That was kind of the key to getting more of them available in the verse. I think the traders wanted 1-2 mil per ship

EDIT: apparently inc did up the price to 500k, glad everyone was able to agree on a solution that was amicable to both pvpers and traders.

I have a question for Incarnate: If it was a bug that we couldn't buy Superlights, is it also a bug that we can't buy the Concussion Railgun? There are 1003 in Latos N-2 and many other stations sell them as well.

I have completed the right mission and manufactured a few of them already.

It wasn't really a "bug" that made the SL unavailable. It was clearly intentional, but I don't remember the reasoning. It looks like some alternate missions were intended to be developed. PCC people made some test case missions, but mis-capitalized the Accomplishment.

I don't know why other addons and items are unavailable, but that's a topic for a thread that isn't specific to the SL.
