Manufacturable Scanner Spoofer changes ship ID on sensors.

I propose a manufacturable Scanner Spoofer that changes how your ship shows up on sensors.

It does *not* change the appearance of your ship on the screen.

Either: Players can assign the type of ship they want the Spoofer to read as, or there could be multiple manu missions- one for each ship Spoofed.

It would also make the player appear to be an NPC, with random name generation. This means the proximity warnings for player-only ships would not be set off.

There would need to be some way off assigning a faction- either selectable, based on the station of manufacture, or based on the mission chosen. Limitating features would be that NPC border turrets, etc. would not be fooled. Presumably their sensors are good enough to not be spoofed.

How this balances:
Traders can use it to try to hide from pirates by not setting off their Proximity alarms, and by escorting convoys to blend in with the other NPCs. Of course, they'd have to have their ship the right color and matching the spoofer to have any hope to blend in.

Pirates can use it to avoid setting off Proximity alarms, and could also escort convoys to blend in. Of course, they are slightly less likely to have matching ships and spoofers, though the Centaur can certainly fight and is a common trading vessel. The same goes for the Atlas.

Players would use the ZOOM feature a LOT more to make sure that NPC Behemoth Heavy that jumped in isn't actually a Greyhound in disguise!

I guess it's time to activate the proximity warning for NPCs soon
