All power cells weigh the same
why
different weapons have different weights to balance their use
but I can fit any power cell and it weighs 100-110
IHDPC for example should weigh at least 200
and fast charge should weigh 50 etc

You should say: All non capital power cells have similar mass. As some cells do have a mass of 110kg, and the trident/goli cell comes in at 200000kg. But i agree, there should be wider mass range of the various cells.

I think the fast charge power cell should weigh more, not less, than the average of the normal power supply. as for the general and I/HDPC cells, they should be rebalanced. Its the extreme drain power cell that I wonder what would be good for it, given its a limited allowance item.

Why harm the IHDPC? It already has a time limit on manufacturing. Also aren't they supposed to be light?

I'm right there with you. I think there should be greater powercell diversity.
