How's about the possibilites to create groups, and make it so that everybody can 'join' that group (but can't speak in it), this way people can do role-playing stuff like 'radio' without using sector chat or public chat...

You could ofcourse also at some later state get nation radio-channels, like Neutral News, Itani Tomorrow, and Lady Serco Radio. Telling the latest news about the nations.

Creating a 'public' group could go like:

/group create_public
If you want people to actually talk in your group, you can just invite them like usually
/group invite bla

In the menu to the right, you'll just get all the people in the group who have been invited (like usually), and it also a count of how many people have joined in but were not invited.
