1 per 3-5 kills seems reasonable to me.

Once you have a capship, it only takes 10-15 minutes to do the hydra. With your proposed drop rate, that would mean the average capship owner could farm 1-2 samo an hour. Making the drop no longer rare.

I think he meant Levi kills and not hydra kills.
