Better Capship Cargo Management

It would be useful (and make sense) for craft stored in the hanger of a cappie to be able to exchange cargo with the cappie itself. If you are the owner of the capship, you should be able to move cargo to any of your craft within the hanger, and vice versa. If someone else is docked in your cappie, they should be able to request to move items into your cargobay, and vice versa.

This doesn't really add any real additions to gameplay -- it just smoothes out, say, transporting cappie components, or mining with a cappie. Instead of dropping the ore, getting in the cappie, and picking it up, I can just dock n drop.

This is a good idea, but it does raise some questions with regards to gameplay balance... I think a while back it was made possible to sell cargo from inside a ship docked inside a capship at a station.

In regards to the other players being able to do this into another players capship, it does seem a bit of a stretch.

I'm unsure if the ability to basically load six xcs in your trident and then run around with 1200cu cargobay, but without the hassle of undocking the ships.... Seems a bit much. The ONLY thing about the six xcs thing that makes it seem acceptable is that the pilot must consider the time required to load and unload those ships... it becomes a tradeoff.

I dont like the six xcs thing myself, it feels like an exploit, but its also wuite accepted in the community, andi think inc may have said he is aware and has left it because in the future he hopes manage the way ships are docked relative to cargobay space will be done differently.
