Add PCB Seekers to Conq stations
I have suggestion that I think will make the game better. Conq stations, that are the stations in Bractus M14, Latos I8, and Pel C-12, need to have pcb seekers that target just cap ships.
I am in AQLA, and these days we remote control capships using the remote control plugin (our version is better than the one posted to community projects) to bomb the stations. This means we can take stations while we sleep. Which is awesome, but honestly too easy. The game is kind of boring now that no one can defend against our drone bombing dents. I will say that it is kind of cool that we are like the USA military with our drones. And swarms are our hellfire missiles. One dent remote controlled will take a station before any defenders can get there.
PCB seekers that only go after capital ships will make remotely taking the stations hard, but not impossible. This is because the PCB seekers will die fast to the swarms.
Thanks for listening to my idea guys. Sorry to my guild mates, but like I said in guild chat, we have kind of unbalanced the game.

I don’t think adding PCB seekers would do any good. If your bots are already capable of taking stations on their own, then I don’t think it would be too hard to make them target the seekers and finish them off quick.
A better solution would be to disallow such bots. Botting is a bannable activity in many games, VO shouldn’t be such an exception. Shop bots and even turret bots are needed, until a tactical interface for capital ships is introduced. A bot that pilots your ship around, trading goods and conquering stations is clearly going to cause a major imbalance as more capital ship content such as a Capella or more Capitol stations are added.

/me facepalms... a suggestion like this was bound to happen. RIP.
Controlling a ship via plugin isnt supposed to work, so i keep hearing? I'd imagine your eventually gonna get patched out of oblivion when it turns up on the to-do list.
Even disregarding that, aryko summarized it up nicely.

/methinks this is an alt due to bad word placement.
this man is clearly not in AQLA
Its quite boring now, everyone whos owns a capship just fires swarms from a turret bot or manually fires still fast, i get it, anti fighter weapons for capital ships but come on you cant even see a dent nor goliath that spams every enemy in sector,
i suggest take out capships, thanks.(owns a goliath himself)

This is actually not possible - we cannot do this.
Using a remotely controlled capital ship to even enter the conq sectors without a key is near suicide.
Even when the ship is directly controlled, it is still a difficult undertaking to take one solo with a capship, almost always deshielded etc.
That being said, if an additional turret were created which fired a single missile - but one capable of dropping even a trident powercell of 4000 to nil would still not stop you from jumping out.
If this idea were to be achieved, id suggest adding pcbs to the sf there... Thats gonna do the suggestion's intent far far more easily, and far more effectively - potentially pinning a trident until the fighter is killed.
And, again ... You guys seem to have extremely high expectations of what bots can do. Docking, trading, etc cannot be done.
All it does is make long distance travel less of a ball ache, and if spotted during these outings, it offers an easy target to the enemy.
Personally, i think it enriches the game, as it really sucks compared to players - cant fight at all. And even turrets are better controlled by a person.

@Nyscersul
Sir, we used you're trident three times last week on auto pilot to take I8 and M14. We used Pyriel's and Chezvan's as well. All piloted remotely. You know this. I am not sure why you deny our power.

+1 PCBs But have them target everything.
This must be a TGFT suggestion. Either way, one of the last bastions of pew, (the conq stations) is mostly dead due to TGFT's conq station bots and sad attempts at trident station conq where nobody comes out of their ship.
All you have left is shops and relays. So much space millennial candyassery.
