I was thinking that maybe it would be a good idea to have a possibility to switch of the electrical systems in the ship, thus creating a sort of radar cloaking, being invisible to others.
Ofcourse it should have it's drawbacks, not being able to use your own radar and weapons.

Maybe some other suggestions could enhance this basic idea
