Pelatus has 1 station(marked that is),And tunguska only has 3 i think. Add a tung station to maybe Pelatus B-6?

Call it "Tunguska Mining Outpost" or something like that. I'm just thinking up stuff,Sorry i don't have much more to specify,but its pretty easy to understand what im saying

Why -1? It's a new place to pirate,and a nother station to watch for C-12 attackers,adding more things to do.
