The ability to guild: IE, you can have people in your nation (and possibly others) all belong to a certain channel. Unlike with grouping, the number of members would not be limited to 8, and membership would be persistent through logging et cetera. Possibly add other things, like clan tags and a complex ranking hierarchy, priviliged communications, and so forth.
