Increase ammo of Jackhammer/Screamer
I feel there are currently too many trade offs between the un-guided rockets, Large port rockets are restricted in many ways for small increases in damage.
My suggestion is to double the available ammunition of the Jack/Screamer, or at least give it a small increase in total ammunition to get over things such as increased delay, energy requirements, increased fuses, being restricted to larger ports(and in turn heavier larger ships)

Reload runs are necessary to balance the insane splash damage.

Splash is balanced by distance, the further you are from the center of the explosion the less damage you receive.
nah, going to far. The reduction or removal of safety fuse is good enough.
Safety fuse shouldn't be removed. People used to take advantage of lack of safety fuse to employ the ramming trick, which doesn't really contribute to true twitch combat.
