Gunners taking up docking space?
Currently invited gunners not in ships still take up storage/docking space as if they were in ships. This prevents other from docking with said capship even if over half the cargo space is available. That seems a we bit excessive.
Per INC here Link I have brought this to suggestions to be addressed.
My opinion is if we are stuck with this whole cargo/docking as a single item which INC seems to prefer a person operating a turret via gunner invite would take up no cargo space (yeah I know it's a logic thing and that usually doesn't fly here). Gunner invites are already limited by the number of turrets in the ship so removing the cargo usage of a gunner gives the owner back cargo space to allow others to dock without opening any exploits that I can see.

+1. Besides just making sense, this would mean that you'd get an advantage for convincing somebody to be a gunner rather than just docking their ship with yours.

+1 for boosting Gunner usage
