General Ship Turbo Speed Re-balancing

This one's way too much work, but here's the general idea:

Infiniturbo is ridiculous and should only be possible at speeds of up to 180-200m/s - with the exception of the greyhound that get's to go 210m/s or similar.

Turbo Drain will increase for ships with higher turbo speeds than the above. Max. turbo top speeds should end at 225m/s as they currently do.

Pretty simple, but now all ship speeds will have to be adjusted accordingly in balance to each other, which until now I did not have the time to do or even consider, blame work etc.
Maybe someone else will though. I remember talking about this on discord with A-Dawg, who might even still have a spreadsheet with all the ship-stats stored somewhere.

Internet latency is already a problem with the current speeds, dumbass. There were multiple threads with everyone agreeing that ships speeds need rebalancing in the past.

Why is infiniturbo ridiculous? I think any cap on overall velocity is ridiculous.

@Greenwall: He's trying to increase the dichotomy between sprinters and marathon runners. This is a concept that holds whether or not we have infinite speeds; it's just a matter of which stats you argue about. To have a dichotomy in VO with our quickly-reached speed caps, a sprinter needs a higher turbo speed than a marathon runner, but a short enough turbo duration that the average speed for a complete turbo+recharge cycle is lower than the marathon runner's. In a more Newtonian game, replace speed with acceleration. The sprinter would have a higher turbo acceleration, but a low enough duration to leave the average acceleration below that of the marathon runner.

Retooling the entire ship propulsion mechanism and then rebalancing all the ships against each other hardly seems worth the effort, hence my first comment, which is simply in agreement with Niki.

-1 to this, however this reminded me, I wish the non turbo speeds where faster. Like instead of a cap at 65m/s, it was 110m/s.
