player stats
make all players stats (Licence levels net worth badges etc) available online
then we could see who is good who is bad and who is cheating

Why do you want to see how much money I have? Are you trying to tax me?
Do you have anything to hide ? I would imagine only people who exploit bugs would not want this (Drops microphone)
Shitttttt
Yeah and while we're at it lets make their inventories public!
...lol

required blood sample on registration!
Wait!! Incarnate needs your social and background check before the sample!
you can already see people's licenses through /charinfo and if you have suspicions that someone is somehow cheating, you should open a support ticket. that being said, I dunno how viewing someone's licenses would let you determine if someone is cheating.
Credits can be earned very easily, licenses are a walk in the park after combat 3, and everything else requires badges or missions.

"Come on man, lend me 10mil credits; I know you have that much, I can see your bank account."
I have nothing to hide, but that doesn't mean I want every pilot on VO knowing how many credits I have. And as Luxen said, licences are already viewable via /charinfo; or if they're Guilded, click on their name on their Guild page and you can see their licences, kills/deaths and mission stat. Thats all anyone needs to know about another pilot.

This is an excellent idea. It's almost as good of an idea as requiring publicly accessible web-cams in everybody's bedrooms and bathrooms. The only people who would have a problem with that are the ones who want to exploit the privacy these rooms offer to conduct sexual abuse and murder. Good people have nothing to hide.
