Place capital docks in Pyronis, Eo, Divinia and Arta (am I missing any?) capital systems, and allow them to have a dynamic commodity trade like N-2. Even if it's just a re-paste of the M-7 station over the current station models.

With the talk of spreading out the dynamic trade economy of N-2 to other locations like capital stations equipped with capital docks, this came to mind as a compromise between "potentially expos[ing] those problems to newbies in Capitols" and having an area where dynamic trade can be reached directly by capital-class vessels.

It eliminates newbies being confused by the new, partially implemented economy, and gives players easier access to cap ship repair and refitting facilities in nation space. That way it leaves the cap ship docks in Sol, Itan and Dau untouched for new players and allows players with endgame content to experiment with the endgame economy on a larger scale.

What makes you think newbs never venture outside of Itan/Dau/Sol?

They do venture outside it, but mission availability drops off and some pilots (like myself) encourage new pilots stay in their nation's main capitol until they reach combat liscence 3. Those that leave early can see more of VO, no need to filter itnthen.

Compromise or not, your assertion that newb confusion [due to exposure to a partially implimented dynamic economy] will be eliminated is simply not supported by your arguments. If you disagree, feel free to explain further. Perhaps you simply made an overstatement?
