Right now, items and ships that require badges to buy show "Completing a certain mission tree is required" - can we fix this to saying "You lack the required achievement to purchase this"

but why not just tell them what they need

basic miner II badge required etc

because I dont mind answering that. as long as they understand "BADGES" them i'm good. if you guys want specific badges to be listed, I suppose thats fine too.
