Would be nice if you could have a free trial - a week or maybe just a day or two - for old players.

I was subscribing from 2006-2012 and now sits on the fence whether to try again or not. I think I would be more likly to subscribe again if I could try out the game and get going again rather than rely on memory alone. And I don't think I'm the only one.

If you use gmail just use plus aliasing. youremail+newtrial20180224@gmail.com will go to youremail@gmail.com. This won't give you access to your old stuff, but if you are just trying out the game again this should be enough.

There is also a free week each December that former subscribers can play for free.

Have you used a freind key before? its a free 2-week sub that subbed pilots get each month to give to others. you can use it only once per account, but all I need is your email - just poke me "luxen at gmx dot com" and ill hop in-game to send you one.

A friend key doesn't work if you used to be a subscriber.
