Capship Sensors Share to Owner
... even when launched to another sector.
If you leave your capship in an empty sector, you should be able to see a notification when another ship enters within sensor range. Perhaps pressing "u" and pulling up the sensor list should give an option to switch to your capship sector and see that list as well.
The way I see it, this is a capital ship, ostensibly with a crew and--at least rudimentary--communications ability. If I can see who rings my door bell on my android phone today, I'd expect a Trident or a Goliath can show me it's sensor list through communications.
It just seems silly that I can't see what my high-speed, low-drag super-duper capital ship can see when I'm in the neighboring sector or even the next system over.
Of course, my crew is probably sloppy drunk on Deneb rum and sleeping off all that pho they made with all the TGFT noodles they've high-jacked recently, but the computers should still do the job!

+1, though should actual distances be shown in relation to cap, or should it merely list nearby pilots? I'd go with the latter, myself.

+1 That MMC has to be good for something.

+1 we are already updated about attacks, sensor info seems a no brainer

+1 how about that the dent itself has a group radar? this way, if you are in the same sector, you also see what the dent does, which kind of makes sense aswell.
It has group radar. It's how i kill storm queens
