Add a search bar to the mission selection interface that limits missions shown to only those with the word/phrase in the title or short description. Flushes when the selection interface is not the active tab to prevent new pilots from typing something in and forgetting about it, only to say "I dont have any missions".

Helps sort the missions available, especially later on when you have a large number of them and are looking for a certain one.
