Hey hey! Remember your steam group you created a while ago? Any chance you could start posting event notifications to that group's event tab? Might reanimate some of the pilots in that group who have been slumbering for quite some time, sealed away in a tomb of asteroid dust fused with neutron blasters. Also cause it'd be cool to see something happening there for once.

I think this may a cool first step into Steam for VO. They've already been greenlit for Steam so they will definitely be launching in there at some point.

It is a cool step, but I would bet that the devs would want to do this much closer to releasing on Steam, so as to be able to take advantage of some buzz. Doing it now would attract their demographic in to find...nothing yet. It might be harder to entice them back next time.

But, yes, we should eventually also post updates to the Steam Group.

I will say that I particularly dislike jumping on some platform and getting everyone excited and going "we're working on stuff!" and then nothing happens on that platform for another six months. So, I would rather post updates to Steam when I have a little more confidence on our specific release timing.
