I am new to the game, and if this already exists and I just haven't gotten to that point in the game please make sure to tell me that. I would really like to see a feature in which two players can team up, and warp to each other individually. Yes that probably would be over powered. Or at minimum a way to track your team-mates sector/system location to warp there. Thanks!

There's a /group command you can use to achieve most of this already. Players in the same group can see each other's coordinates on the HUD, and if they're in the same sector they can see their health as well. They also get a private group-wide chat channel they can use, and they show up as white dots on each other's radar.

The ability to warp directly to group members is not likely to ever happen since it would allow cheating (e.g. magically teleporting past blockades and such). However, an option to automatically plot a course to one of your groupmates would be handy.
