hello,friends. first I have to say im not a good English speaker and I am using google translate to type most of this. I can speak some but limited.

I noticed there is no accents and I am sure I look like a madman leaving out letters or two because of it. please add simple ones like ö ä ü and ß. I plan on sticking around this game, I like it aside the language barrier. thanks for reading over my post.

I don't know if it's still being done, but I was taught to use oe, ae, ue and ss as a replacement for those in environments where I wasn't able to produce Umlauts, etc. That was decades ago, though.

This isn't related to displaying vowels with umlauts and I don't know if it still works, but if you want to be able to use the umlaut keys on your German keyboard, you might try mr_spuck's umlautbind plugin.
