Hello. So i was thinking that the capella is coming out. And its going to be pilotable. Which sounds great. But i was wondering why not make the other capital ships pilotable as well?. Its going to be really interesting. Vo has a few cap ships with strengths and weaknesses. For the people that say its going to be to overpowerd for example a heavy cruiser in the hands of a player , can you please explain why?.
Also i believe its going to bring a great feel in the game. For example a heavy cruiser its going to be really difficult to build right?. So a few players will have it. Which will give them a big name amongs the community. For example in Eve the first titan ever named steve has a perma wreck and the captains name is also known. Also battles will have a bigger scale and captains of big ships will look for merceneries to hire and pay for an escort ( so the capital ship will be protected from bombers etc ). I will be happy to discuss this topic and i think its going to give the game alot more.

Also i would suggest to reduce the price of the trident and optimise the other capital ships price so it would be possible to manufacture one.

The trident has been nerfed allready - twice, so i hear. So, uhh, no. We allready have the easier-to-make ship (golly green goliath), too. Pilots who want to be remembered in the community should actually strive to be exemplary pilots, not just build a really big ship. As for pilots using HACs, Have you tried killing a hac? I havent, and until some higher-end stuff is worked on (like more capship vs capship style stuff) then I dont wanna have to worry about it.
Iam sure that pilots will also be remembered for their skill. And iam also sure that the devs can find a way do the prices are balanced. Maybe not nerfing the trident. For example Trident : 1.8B . Capella : 3B .
Heavy cruiser 4.5B. Also it would be cool becaude guild members will cooperate to make that ship ( solo would be very time consuming ). And since someone made a trident in 11 days I dont think those prices i mentioned are that exteme for experienced members.

Also it will make the game way more interesting for new players who like those kinda stuff when the game is released on steam.
You realisenthat thenmonetary amount of a capital ship depends on what someone is selling one for, right? If someone wanted to, they could sell capship a mil each. Its not gonna happen, at least not reliably (and I question the sanity of anyone who tries). Suply and Demand are a factor, and so is the cost of manufacturing.

In vendetta wiki the devs said that they are working on it. 2 years ago...
And they were. VO development is not linear - the devs take opportunities as they present themselves. The path is not always the one they map out for themselves, but it does fund innovations and strong business ties. Some choose to be annoyed by it, but I see it as a real-life representation of the spirit of the game.

I would like to see all the ships in the game as pilot-able. However, the HAC would absolutely turn the tide of war in the wrong (or right) hands. Unless the thing takes a whole guild to complete due to insane cost and effort, I don't see it as a viable thing to release. So -1

Yes luxen. Scorpio i disagree with you. It makes no sense. Both sides will have capships. Its going to add more deapth and fun to the game. See eve for example. Vo is not eve. But iam just saying.
