Make capship repairs no longer free for users

Because this is a good way for the market/economy to recover, toggle defeats the purpose.
-1 to Failles idea, as then some people will bring surplus scrap and not actually include free space for ships.
As much as I agree we need some form of market recovery, I doubt making it so you can't dodge paying for reps using Cappies will help. Perhaps reduced costs but not quite nil?

-1 to Failles scrap idea. I like the concept,I just don't however like the idea of not being able to repair my X-1 until I mosy out and find some scrap. It's just an awkward predicament.
It's not a big change to the economy, but every little bit helps. Think about the big picture.

Indeed, if some form of consumable were required for non-free reps, ship docking and cargo would require other changes. I just dislike the idea of generating income without some limitation.
The limitation is the wallet of the pilots repairing, I don't like players being able to repair for free without limitation.

Having some sort of "repair pack" consumable makes sense, but it would need to have some sort of counter so you can say repair X% per cu of repair pack. The repair guns should then also use the same consumable.
(the current situation that a station charges for repair, but repair ~~guns~~ turrets can do infinite repairs for free just doesn't make any sense...)

***repair turrets are free, Repair guns need to be reloaded.
all turrets that uses ammo that i know of (no idea on cap swarms) doesn't need to be reloaded, just fire then get out of turret and back in.
