Hardcore character mode
-For subscribers only
-chosen or not when you create a new character
If you chose it you have only one life so when you die :
- all your licences gets back to 1
-your stats (kills, pk, etc..) are erased
-you can chose a new name
-you can chose to maintain your standings or restart them
-you can keep your stations inventory
-you loose all your creds
"Why don't you just restart a character?" because of the tutorials and standings.
thanks for reading this, i hope you like it, i did some researchs but didn't find a similar suggestion.

As much as I love roguelike games that reroll when you die, VO does not need this.
-1 Vendetta does not need more reasons to run away like a little shit. There's already far too many people who do this and enough broken mechanics that favor it.

-1, for reasons already stated.
That game already exists except it's not for subscribers only and when you die - you stay dead.
It's called REAL LIFE.
It's called REAL LIFE.
You can already take the 'hardcore' path, without specifically needing a game mechanic for it. Faille demonstrated this with her Ironfaille characters.
Uh, no. This is the worst idea in the history of ideas, maybe ever.
