I can't see a station opening its capital hanger doors for every little light ship passing through. Since non capital ships don't launch from capital exit points, they should not be able to dock at capital docks either.

Try getting a moth into a normal dock at high turbo speed because pirates. Then you'll want more capship docks as they are

...in fact, Station docking officials shouldn't like it when you use the wrong line. in fact, they should dislike it as much as Air traffic controllers disliking when you attempt to land your bush plane on a runway some jumbo jet is taking off from.
