Add a time delay for mines going active against former group members
Ever been in a group dropping mines and one of the mobile players disconnects? And suddenly you are surrounded by yellow dots? I propose that instead of instant hostile mines, that former group members get about 2 minutes or so before those mines go active against them. Have the mines show up as blinking blue so everyone knows to clear out.

Sounds like a good way to exploit the limit on mines while maintaining protections.

nope because shit happens and lulz.
Force disconnecting while being in a mining group is a total part of traitor roleplay.

@ Mi5: You are not making sense. Mobile players disconnect all the time. The come back after a minute or so. In fact, they should reconnect a part off the group.
@DeathSpores Force disconnecting is part of exploiting. And probably against the ROC.

Force disconnecting is not roleplay; in fact, it's the exact opposite of roleplaying. Besides, it's totally unnecessary. Simply /group leave.
+1 WAF with the caveat that it should only apply to people who exit the game (whether from a disconnect, /logoff, or any other reason), not people who /group leave or are kicked from the group. I'm not sure what limits Mi5 is referring to, but if there's a max group mine limit or something, the mines should just continue to influence any such limits as long as their group IFF remains active.

Pizza, that is exactly what i mean. Leaving a group is totally different than a DC.
+0.01 Ten seconds is plenty of warning.
Harpo, the idea is to give the DCed player time to get get logged in again.
+1 to disconnects giving a short time.
