Lets say I am Itani KOS (I am), and my gunner is Itani KOS (she is) and we run the Itani border in an Atlas. My gunner should not get kicked by the game for being Itani KOS in a monitored sector.

As much as I hate to help the rats...
if the gunner has a better standing then there should be no reason to kick them
