So, we're going to put some time into this in the near-ish future (maybe next week).

It will probably not happen as an immediate rollout to all stations with capship docks. I want to do a bit of a "re-appraisal" of the current implementation, and its limitations and downsides, before I potentially expose those problems to newbies in Capitols.

But, we'll see what we can do about the vanishing-item problem (which is more complicated than 0c items simply having +1c added to them), and perhaps roll it out to one additional station, and see where we can go from there.
