Buff the Golinerf
Give it 600 cu, and the trident 1200, its fucking useless now, lets look at this practically
It can hold 2 fighters, thats useless
Only a few stations in VO have capital docks, so you need a ship to unload. 1 xc is 300cu, leaving 100 cu in the hold and 200 in the moth. So really it has 300 cu useable space, might as well use a XC.

+1 to OP.
Even an EC cuts out more than 1/4 of the cargo space on this thing..
I know the ships-as-cargo thing has made it really hard for you guys to reconcile docking capacity with cargo capacity, especially since people can still overload and "clown car" their ship by swapping ECs for moths, but fix this.

Try following the thread were it is actually being discussed:

I think this may be a good time to bring up the dreaded topic yet again: docking bays. If docking bays and cargo capacity was decoupled from each other once again, a lot of this headache would be mitigated.
@A-Dawg Agreed. I recently made that as a caveat on one of the discussion threads.

It wouldn't be necessary to completely decouple cargo capacity from docking capacity. For instance, say that the cargo hold was 600cu but at most only 300cu could be allocated to docking ships. Then it would be limited to carrying a maximum of 2 fighters but still have up to 600cu for cargo if no ships were docked.
I made this suggestion to split them completely a couple of years ago.
