I think f2p need a capship.like a goliath.but if LTS can just get itm i think f2p people has to make it.

I have no objection to this as long as it costs f2p players real money.

The idea behind this early access to stuff is to incentivize players to become Long Term Subscribers. Maybe once the Goliath is out of its trial period giving Free To Play players access could be reconsidered, but right now the very suggestion is missing the whole point.

Not everyone can afford a long term subscription to a game, adding a low level capship for f2p players would level the playing feild for all users. Keep the pricing the same, just make a capship avaliable to f2p players.

The requirement for the current lease is only for subscribers to make a commitment to playing for a full year. You don't have to buy a year subscription up front. If you don't plan to play for a year or more, why bother with a trident? The only real value they have is free repair / reload for combat and they make building another f-ing trident easier. Beyond that, they really don't have a meaningful role in the game yet. There is plenty of content and pew pew without them.

I'd go as low as 3 months. 6 months for the full trident. Each. Or lease them out at $0.99 for 72 hrs.
