Rename the Trident heavy cell to Capital Heavy cell...
Rename the Trident heavy cell to Capital Heavy cell and when the golith comes out, rease it with a cell called the Capital Fast Charge cell. Capital ships will be forced to use a capital cell. Pilots can choose what they want to use.

I wrote this before the update yesterday. Now that these cells can only be used on cap ships, I think the weight can be dropped on all of them. Though the fast charge variant does need to weight more than the heavy. As that is the case with the light ship cells.

For the fast charge variant, it takes about 3 seconds to get enough charge to jump. Which is a little under half the time for the heavy to jump.
My reasoning for the Mk II: Something has to given up to reduce the weight. I figure grid goes. But 25 grid still allows a capital weapon to be equipped to the cap ship. Cap ship pilots then get to choose carefully how to load their ships out. Being manufactured gives it an even better charge rate. This allows it to get to jump range in 2.5 seconds.
Since Aeolus likes to sell miniaturized versions of equipment, i figure they would be the place to manufacture the Mk II. To make things slightly more interesting, they would require an old capital fast charge among the parts needed to manufacture a Mk II.
