There are various Seipos, Prosus, and Milanar Assault bots in greyspace. I assume they are drifters from their respective homes in nation space. I think they should drop Neural Nodules corresponding to their hive type just as the hive bots do in nation space so that players with KOS/Hated standings can still farm nodules outside of national borders.

When I see a decent Synthetic Silksteel drop in nation space.....then I would consider it balanced....

Then again,
Not everything should be available everywhere to everyone... That would defeat the point of having trade and the like.
