Reduce the amount of players needed for form a guild

Also, reduce the amount of councilors needed to keep a guild going. If myself and my 5 closest friends want to make a guild, or a fighter wing. And we want to be tagged AND we don't want to invite a whole lot of outsiders right away, we should be able to.

If this is too much to ask, then make a smaller organization than a guild. Called perhaps a Wing, or Squadron. And let these smaller organizations team up to form full scale guilds at a latter point if they so wish.

Well, we could probably require the characters to each be on unique accounts, to prevent single-account alts from being used to form guilds, at least.

I'm not really against lowering the guild-forming requirement a little?

Forming a guild already requires unique accounts. There are ways to game the system but that's a different discussion. The number should be lowered to 5 as it's almost impossible for a new guild to form organically with the current limit of 10 subscribed members.

I agree. drop the limit for now till we get an influx of a larger more consistent player base.

This has been discussed....a lot....

What ever happened to the guild structural changes? Was that decided against? Is that on the product backlog?

As it is you need 10 unique accounts to start a guild, but once started you only need 5 council members to keep it alive.

Just push down the required number of original members to 5. Makes sense to me.
