Non-capital ship ststions maintained by corvus should be bathed in fog to make up for the lack of standing loss. This suggestion is linked with the remove m7 fog/beacon thread and ttm economy thread.

Fog tends to make station safer by reducing odds of player interaction. Corvus stations should not be safer - indeed, a standing-based docking delay while bribes are negotiated would seem reasonable.
