/me shakes his head slowly.
If these proposed buffs are implemented they should only be applied to ships with 60 drain as they're at a major disadvantage these days with everyone pussy-ing out of clean 1v1 fights.
Back in my day ya could only justify running like a worthless UIT coward when you were in an impossible situation not after ganking someone flying an all energy setup with a couple of flare valk before running like a yellow dog with his tail so far forward between his legs he might as well be having it for breakfast.
