Now that we have something of actual benefit to give, I wonder if its worth structuring something around it to stimulate the economy a little bit rather than simply the whole "come in, click yes, pay fee, here's your dent parts back" routine.

If you wanted to, you could put the decon mission behind the whole epic that allows you limited purchase of Trident parts. The RP justification for this could be relatively simple; the "buyer's group" has ties to the entity allowing you to deconstruct your Trident Type-M. I have the appropriate flags easily at hand.

I'm not saying one way or another that this is best, or even desire-able, just that it's relatively easy to do.
