BojanSplash Idea -Military Outposts
Bojan made a cool suggestion that there could be "national personell" stations such as Itani and Serco. This sounds awesome where at every once in a while they send vults, hogs, seekers and perhaps you could get paid to attend these raids.
Idf's,IBG's and Svg,Proms
National equipment outposts
Guns like Nuet 3's,flares..etc.
I believed this needed a thread!

Actually he slightly misinterpreted my suggestion which was:
"However... the one thing that is lacking, at least in my opinion, are serco/itani military outposts in greyspace. Very small 'reconnoissance and special ops stations'.
They could be hidden on the regular map but known to nation military personnel (some small nation specific mission to take some important data pad to a military outpost). Military outposts could offer only nation military 'reconnoissance' ships and equipment (SVGs & IBGs perhaps?) no trade items but they could also offer some new nation specific military missions."
The reasoning behind this suggestion is very simple - to increase the serco/itani conflict VO is revolving around and bring more players to greyspace where the action is and in the process open new and interesting missions for old and new players alike.

I think it would be fun serco/itani station conflict.

Ok I see the point... But... How about we do something to bring the nationalists to Deneb where the conflict is supposed to be instead of giving the nationalists more reason NOT to go to Deneb and fight their enemy?
Deneb is actually up to the devs.
There were numerous suggestions to cut the travel time to Deneb, none of them were accepted.
As it is now, Deneb is just too far, big NPC battles are very laggy even for pc users and for mobile users it must be pretty unplayable.
IMHO the concept of Deneb conflict needs a well thought overhaul but that's not the point now.
More content is always good and adding what I suggested might not be too demanding (hidden roid station from Alpha?) especially if it can include the possibility for PPC guys to work on some new serco/itani combat missions in greyspace.
We need more diversity in VO content, especially in greyspace if we want to achieve a solid player retention.

+1 to Bojan's
Though, I should go watch a deneb battle sometime; when you say Laggy, is that from a data connection standpoint or it literally overloads your PC?
