The new options menu to change between official skins is nice. But now that we've got that, it would be really nice if it could detect if there is a folder named "skins" inside the vendetta folder and list any folders it sees inside, letting us change between official and custom skins on the fly without having to use a plugin.

+1, but low priority. also, should this "skins" menu also apply to HUD skins? (since I don't know if these are the same)
