Player to Player Trade (unsafe public station hold)
Create a mission to fill a variable 800cu to 1200cu hold accessible to everyone docked at the station. After it is full, a mission with 200cu become available at a random .5-2 second interval to anyone docked excluding the person that filled the hold with 800-1200cu (after you take the mission to grab each 200cu, you have to wait .5-2 seconds for it to transfer before another mission to grab 200cu more cu). There is a 10k fee to take mission to grab 200cu.
The cargo in the hold should timeout in two minutes with the cargo being transferred back to the person who filled the hold and ends up being charged the fee. Nobody should see what is in each 200cu block they grab. The person grabbing the 200cu block pays the transfer fee. So, a pirate might buy some very expensive water ;) 10k per 200cu sounds reasonable.
btw, all this could be done by a mission to fill the hold and another mission to grab 200cu from the hold that becomes available with the above delays. No popups or typing and might be easy to code within the existing mission structure.
This might address some of the concerns in the other thread. Btw, payment is done with /givemoney as usual.

Casino bots already exist, just need cargo payouts.
