Cycle Through Targets
For mobile. I don't know how many npc and pc are in a sector at any given time, so may not be feasible, but I would like to tap on "target" to cycle from nearest to farthest. Maybe long press to reset.
This cannot be done normally, on PC or mobile. There is a plugin called targetless that does work on all devices, it doesn't do exactly what you want, but it does give you the closest targets in a nice clickable UI. See voupr.com - although please do be aware that plugins are 3rd party apps, so you will not get any support if you have them installed.
If you find a bug after installing a plugin, remove it before you make a report about it.

Are you sure, Yoda? The manual lists a /RadarNextNearestEnemy command. I haven't tried it though, so I can't confirm whether that command is still functioning correctly. (Granted, it's only supposed to work with enemy ships, and we all know how "useful" that distinction is. Maybe /RadarNext would work? Dunno if that goes in order of distance or not. Might be based on sector list sort order instead; I'd go test it to find out but I don't have time today.)
Thanks for the advice. Tried using forums in other games as a noob for help and just got replies from keyboard gangsters . There's supposed to be some action that I can do to give you points toward getting discounts or something. I'd do it, but I have no clue how.
Sorry, bud, I don't think we have something like that. Enjoy your flights amongst the stars~~
Yeah, I'm sure that command doesn't do what you think it should. /RadarNextNearestEnemy is actually what is bound to x by default, it really only selects the closest hostile. It probably should have been called /RadarNearestEnemy - it has never done anything other.
/RadarNext selects the next object, including roids, ships and cargoes, so it isn't really a practical way of moving through just ships either. There simply is no filtering available by default.
Anywho, targetless is a way better option.

I like MDI Targetlist:

Its a movable and resizable box displaying the nearest 10 ships, you can toggle bots on/off, and there is a target next/prev function.
Targetless is also fantastic, only reason I dont use it on my tablet is that it behaves oddly. Works perfectly on my pc, however, and many use it on mobile as well.
