Trident insurance mission timer should be based on completing the mission, not starting it.

I recently started the mission then aborted it to check on something, then I could not take it because of the wait timer. The timer should start when the mission completes, not when it starts. This is not a significant problem now because the wait time is so short, but please make this change before changing the wait time to something more substantial.
