So, just as it says. Increase the Fused Composite Plating to 140 cu. This would cut the haul time of the trident down significantly by requiring builders to use more efficient ships than the standard 120cu moth, and allow it to be done more efficiently. I think it is a fair and sensible change.

That's exactly the point of this - using a 120cu moth to move FCP is horribly inefficient because there isn't any empty space to top off. By adjusting 20cu (even 1cu would work) upwards, we force the use of that true dent builder ship the XC...and thereby get people topping off empty space they now have!

What's not to love?
