Give Helios and Edras more love
Edras has some players passing by hauling silksteel, moving itani and tunguska ships to deep grey space, but it still needs more features, like asteroid fields with good ore or an extra station! And Helios is probably one of the most forgotten systems on VO! They need a buff, so here's my suggestions:
Edras could use an extra biocom research or commercial station, since the Biocom faction barely has any stations, and maybe asteroids on the system could have more lanthanic ore for trident builders.
Helios could become a serco system, with a couple commercial stations making it a trading system(since it's close to the UIT) or maybe it could have an extra tunguska station, and the system's asteroids could have more pyronic ore or apicene.
These are just my thoughts, so if anyone would like to change or implement something, please reply.

If anything, I would put some trident specific threats in both Edras and Azek.
I used to complain about the lack of diversity of stations in Grey space making Grey shit for trade. So I'm all for adding station diversity, just not for the OP's rational.
Serco already have a pretty commercialized system with the capital system of Pyronis right there. I don't seen much point in adding more Serco specific stations in Helios.
As far as ore dispersement, I recall long long a go in a VO far far away that at some point there was going to be a complete redux on the ores throughout the game. Maybe I'm just misremembering, but if this is something that is still planned, there isn't much point in the current game.

It's interesting that you mention Helios and Edras as these are focal points of several different mission trees. (If you YouTube "Vendetta Online", right now your first hit will be a video that includes scenes from both these systems as well as Azek and Sedina)
From my perspective Helios and Edras are actually more important systems than, say, Metana, Cantus, or Betheshee. Different players, different experiences, etc.
Specifically, what effects do you think your suggested changes would have?

In the past Edras had 2 additional stations, UIT one at b-11 and Itani one at I-2.
They were removed cuz endless whining long time ago.

There's a good mining in Edras, actually.
We should make Helios an unofficial battleground. Have two stations and make them both conquerable. The Itani and Serco would launch small, black-opsish sorts of attacks on each, although players could capture them.

This would be a great implementation, for Deneb.
