Fix /buddy invite spam
The buddy notes thing reminded me: earlier this week, some noob in TGFT or VOID or whatever group of cockgobbling douchenozzles thought /buddy inviting me would be hilarious.
The first couple times were; the next couple dozen, which kept coming in no matter how I /buddy declined or /ignored him, were not. There should be some way - either /ignore or /buddy butseriouslyfuckoff or whatever - to make it so a player can no longer buddy request you.

Well you can do it with a lua hook but that seems like something that warrants dev attention.
Yeah. Ignore should likely block all requests from the individual.
Or at the very least, if you do nothing with the buddy invite, they should not be able to send another, till you log off and on again.

To be honest, I thought that's how it worked anyway? Although I haven't used the buddy command since 2005, so I could be wrong.

I'm not prioritizing this instantly, but we'll ticket the issue and take a look.
