Inc, now that we have fleshed out some bare minimum requested requirements, what kind of timeline are we looking at?

I don't know yet. I have to talk to Ray, he's traveling for the holidays until Thursday at the earliest. We also have some other projects going on that may take priority. It depends on what he says, what version we might be able to boil down and fit in between other things.

The absolute simplest parts should be straightforward, but I guarantee that issues will come up in implementing other aspects, which then gets into a discussion of "do we do it the right way, or the hacky fast way that we have to fix later", and so on.

If it's a day, we'd totally do it, I'll wedge it in sometime soon. But if it's a week, it'll be awhile.

I'm personally more focused on bot stuff right now, which I think will impact / benefit the game for everyone, and not just pirates.

A forth nation option of unaligned is enough for me.

I must have missed this thread over the holidays! I like the idea of a HAC stuck inside a giant hollow Xith roid with the engines sticking out. Maybe some tiki lights and dancing girls billboard signs humming inside amongst the glow of the Xith. Maybe the racetrack could wrap around and go through the roid? As the station moves you'd have a hell of a time in that race tube!
