Problem: The entries on this list are really tiny on a phone and annoying to poke at with a piece of meat.

Suggested solution: Make the list entries in the top twice as tall and include a short description like how the game already does for commodities, weapons, etc.

I'm increasing the font size to match the font size of the description for now.
