You can launch them from Corvus if you have sufficient notoriety.

It would be really cool if we could re-use mission parts or chain missions together. Then we could make something like "LAR Project - Remotely launch 3 Valent A-3 Assault robots" available throughout space without having to literally duplicate all 6 missions everywhere.

Then there's the whole problem of non-kourier bots getting lost/dying in sleeping sectors while they fly to your position...
